​Helen Webster has lived, raised a family, and worked in Nanaimo for forty-plus years. She has been a school administrator and a teacher at all levels, including at Vancouver Island University.

​She is a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and an active member of the British Columbia Federation of Writers.

Helen has written and published six books, the most recent being RECKONING, the final book in the Lucy trilogy.  Her seventh book is due to be published in  October 2024.

Helen enjoys sharing her editing expertise with local writing groups and works as a freelance editor contracted to Silverdog Publishing, located in Lantzville, BC.​
